Systems thinker. Plain-language advocate.

Before UX, I spent five years in operations, working out why processes broke down and rewriting them so new teammates could follow them on day one. That habit of seeing the whole system, then making it simple, led me to design.
I recently completed an intensive UX design bootcamp, where I worked through the full process of research, synthesis, information architecture, prototyping, and usability testing on six projects. Each one focused on people who are usually designed for last.
Accessibility is the foundation
I design to WCAG standards from the first sketch, because a product that excludes people is not finished.
Think in systems
I map how the pieces connect, including people, data, and constraints, before changing any single screen.
Make the complex clear
My favorite work is taking something tangled and explaining it so simply that anyone can use it.
Experience and skills.
